Landscaped and manicured gardens with onsite ceremony locations, Sandalford makes your wedding day easier for you to manage your guests from the point of arrival, for the ceremony then moving to one of our uniquely and bespoke appointed function rooms for your reception with capacities ranging from 40 to 350 guests and some with breathtaking views of our Vineyard.

Sandalford Wines caters for every style of wedding, ranging from intimate events for 36 guests, up to formal dinners for 350 guests.
An extensive range of function facilities complemented by Sandalford’s experience delivering great food, wine and service, time and time again will ensure your wedding is a memorable occasion.
Oak Room
The rustic Oak Room holds up to 120 guests for banquet style functions. This charming room combines walls of stained oak panels, oak barrels filled with luscious fortified Sandalera, a ceiling of Hessian drapes and impressive wrought-iron chandeliers.
Sandalera Room
Formerly an underground wine maturation cellar and now operated exclusively as a function venue, Sandalford Wines’ Underground Cellar offers a unique charming atmosphere, perfect for creating a memorable wedding reception for up to 250 guests for banquet style functions.
Estate Room
Western Australia’s newest event space reflects all the heritage and grandeur of Sandalford’s 178-year-old estate. Bespoke designed and pillarless, the room can be subdivided for more intimate events and has superb sweeping views over groomed lawns onto our vineyards. The Estate Room holds up to 350 guests for banquet style functions.
Merlot Lawn for Functions
Not all functions require a room with four walls. Sandalford Estate has an expansive lawn area suitable for marquee weddings or large outdoor cocktail functions – the Merlot Lawn.
Ceremony Locations
Sandalford has three beautifully appointed ceremony lawns available to couples holding their reception with us. Surrounded by historic vines, The Chenin Lawn is an idyllic setting nested amongst the vineyards. The manicured Merlot Lawn is positioned to take in the stunning views over our lake and terraced vineyards. The Hill house sits on the hilltop of the Estate and overlooks Sandalford’s vineyards and expansive lake.
