Caversham House

Caversham House is a beautiful and unique venue located in the Swan Valley just 20 minutes from the Perth CBD. With two elegant rooms for your reception and a range of breath-taking garden ceremony areas it is the perfect setting for your wedding.

Our permanent marquee radiates elegance and luxury with 10 Swiss crystal chandeliers, a draped silk ceiling, plush carpets and air conditioning. The Colonnade gardens are a perfect ceremony location for a marquee wedding finished with water features, topiaries and a feature wall.

Our House reception room has a classically romantic feel, delicately adorned with French crystal chandeliers, stylish lounges. The Garden House offers a stunning alternative for your ceremony, finished with plush carpets and curtains, crystal chandeliers and French doors.

The Hidden Gardens are spectacular and a main feature to the venue with renaissance style gardens, limestone terraces, grand staircases and a four storey waterfall. This picturesque ceremony location is situated on the majestic Swan River. We also have our own large jetty so you can arrive by our private vessel, The Karen Sue MV.
