What makes our cakes and chocolates stand out from the rest is the fact we only use Pure Italian or Belgium Couvertures (real chocolate) in the decoration of our cakes, fillings, sculptures and in all our handmade chocolates and bonbonnieres. This means not only are our cakes and chocolates that are made by a fully qualified Cordon Bleu trained Patissiare and Chocolatier we use only the best quality chocolate and local ingredients available.
You can choose one of our many in house designs or adapt them to your theme and colour. Or you can create a truly unique cake designed to your own specifications and the best part is every detail is going to be edible, each flower, fan, ruffle or individually designed sculpture, is made of pure chocolate none of the guest leaving half the icing on the edge of the plate uneaten. Unless of course you choose to add fresh flowers, porcelain cake topper or silk ribbons to your cake.
Practically any flavour cake is possible, for example your favourite cocktail, fruit, wine, beer, chocolate bar can be infused into the flavour your cake. Every element of your cake is made from scratch, each tier can be a different flavour and type of cake. All layered and coated with our prize winning fresh cream ganaches, smooth silky mousses or our delicious cream cheese frostings. So you can please all your guests, even those with strict dietary restrictions. Individual cakes, cupcakes, cheese cakes, mini fruit tarts and dacquaise layered in creamy mousse can all be taylor made to your taste and theme.
Consultations are held in our studio 10 minutes south of Fremantle in Spearwood. You can sample a huge variety of cakes, fillings and handmade chocolates and together we can design a cake that is truly unique to you both.
